1st place School - Freehold Township individual members:

Highlights

It was a battle between Freehold Twp and Voorhees with Janel Parker pulling away with a big anchor leg to qualify for Penn Relays.  Splits for Freehold Twp were unofficially, Megan Matza 2:29, Charlotte Walsh 2:26, Allyson Moskal 2:22, and Janel Parker 2:19.  Voorhees should also make the cut as they were way below the 10:00 qualifying time.  River Dell should have made it in the small school division, as well.

1st place School - Toms River North individual members:

  3 - Marwa Fattah 4 - Pam Petruski

Highlights

Old Bridge led by about 5 secs over Colts Neck with TRN a sec behind at the start of the anchor leg.  Pam Petruski and Ashley Higginson battled for 500 meters before Petruski took off after the leader.  Higginson caught Old Bridge in the last steps for 2nd place.  Petruski was 2:17.2 with Higginson at 2:22.1.  Howell took 4th out of the 2nd heat.

1st place School - Colts Neck "A" individual members:  
time - 12:31.8 1 - Kristen O'Dowd 2 - Carrie Schmidt
  3 - Allison Donaghy 4 - Ashley Higginson

Highlights

Kelly Hand of Howell led through the 1200 in approx 3:47 and Howell continued to lead through the 800 meters of the anchor leg.  Ashley Higginson took the baton in 5th place and caught Ramapo and Cherry Hill East who went with her.  Higginson pulled away in the last 400 to anchor in 5:02.3 for the win.
