1:15-3:30 Open recreation (pool/games/rest) Nutrition
3:30 optional learn by doing learning sessions (small groups)  
4:30 Short jog and stretching session Racing strategies
5:45 Afternoon run (easy/shorter run of the day) or /aqua jogging  
6:00-6:45 Dinner Picking the right running shoe
