What Should You Bring

Here is a checklist and some suggestions for what to bring with you to the camp.

  Sleeping bag, bed linens   an extra pair of running shoes (rain)   flashlight
  Blankets   swim suit   dry snacks
  pillow   running clothes (for 6 days of running)   cards or games
  laundry bag   casual clothes   sun screen
  towels (bathing/swimming)   warm clothes (it gets cool at night)   bug repellent
  toiletries (soap/shampoo/etc.)   rain gear (umbrella)   allergy medicine if needed
  other toiletries (tooth brush/paste)   shower shoes or flip flops   sun glasses
  a little extra cash for misc. items    
  a pen, pencil, notebook to take some notes    a positive attitude, open mind

What not to bring:

valuables, loud radios, firecrackers, drugs, alcohol, a negative attitude
